Abstract

This study examines the role of information and communication technology (ICT) on improving service delivery in Nigeria's higher education institutions. It delves at how ICT tools and systems have revolutionized administrative, academic, and student services in universities, polytechnics, and colleges of education. The study addresses the benefits of ICT, such as improved productivity, transparency, and accessibility. It also covers the issues related to integrating ICT in Nigeria's higher education sector, such as limiting infrastructure, insufficient money, and digital literacy gaps. Finally, offers for utilizing the potential of ICT in Nigerian tertiary institutions are outlined..
